Process 1.0 The process of pre-plate photo etching starts by degreasing and cleaning the raw material.   Process 2.0 After coating the material with silver, the material will continue to roll for photo resist coating.   Process 3.0 An in-line exposure machine will image the artwork on both sides of this dual coating layer material.   Process 4.0 The exposed material will reel into developing camber to remove unwanted patterns. The remaining exposed portions will go to the etching chamber for chemical milling.

Process 5.0 The photo resist are then stripped off from the material surface and proceed for post cleaning and followed by cutting to singulate into strip form.     Process 6.0 Finally, inspection is done to check the appearance and dimension of the products before shipping.   In AMST, our processes are strictly controlled by using centralized numerical controller. This ensures our process parameters maintain high product consistency and quality.
