Our Core Business     Our core business is in the manufacturing of etched leadframe to integrated circuit (IC) assembly houses and other consumer electronic manufacturers. In AMST, we specialize in photo etching process utilizing the state of art one pass process of pre-plating, exposing, etching and cutting process in a single line technology that is capable of producing finished leadframe from raw blank in less than 20 minutes. This means high volume with high yield as compared to the traditional batch process.

Apart from above single pass machine, AMST has also invested on a high precision plating technology from Japan.     In addition, AMST has developed many other product enhancement processes such as Advance Micro-etching (AME) on copper surface treatment, Back-taping for QFN packages, etc. as a value added services to our clients.   Our skill sets, knowledge and technical expertise in the field of leadframe manufacturing will provide our customers full support and give the total confidence in our product reliability.
